Zurich Airport and Your Travel Experience in Switzerland

This survey is part of a bachelor’s thesis at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, Switzerland.

The aim of this study is to better understand how the arrival experience at Zurich Airport influences international travellers’ perception of Switzerland and their overall travel satisfaction.
